Our journey together begins with an initial consultation call, which can be done via phone or video, where we will delve into your personal circumstances, motivations, and fitness aspirations in detail. This session is invaluable as it allows me to gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique situation and how I can assist you most effectively. We will also take this opportunity to discuss any past injuries or underlying health issues that may be affecting your ability to exercise. By addressing these concerns early on, we can develop a plan that not only suits your current fitness level but also ensures your safety. Together, we will establish clear short, medium, and long-term fitness goals that align with your aspirations.
1|1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Train with me in Fitzrovia, or I can travel to a location of your choice within Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Battersea, or Clapham. Should you require sessions outside these areas, including international travel, please note that additional costs may apply. Each personal training session is tailored to your experience level and specific fitness goals. I provide bespoke programmes and detailed nutritional advice to ensure you maximise every session. My commitment is to your success, ensuring you leave each personalised PT session feeling accomplished and energised. If you have any existing injuries, we will prioritise recovery and prevention, guiding you back to a more active lifestyle, even after a period of inactivity.

Beyond our training sessions, I am committed to offering ongoing support through WhatsApp, where I am readily available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Whether it’s training-related queries, nutritional advice, or general health and wellbeing support, I’m here to assist you at every step of your fitness journey.
PERSONALISED NUTRITION GOALS
In tandem with your workout programme, I will craft personalised nutrition goals tailored specifically to your fitness objectives and daily activity levels. These will include daily calorie and macronutrient targets designed to optimise your results and ensure you are fuelling your body appropriately for success.
