INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will have an initial consultation call (or video call) to discuss in detail your circumstances, motivations and goals. This is a great opportunity for me to build a picture of your situation in order to help you best. We will also talk about any previous injuries or underlying issues that are stopping you from exercising We will set some short, medium and long term goals to work towards.

PRIVATE ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Within the zoom sessions I will guide you through a workout within your personalised programme. These sessions will allow me to provide you with valuable feedback on your technique whilst providing encouragement to you, which creates a more effective workout. This means you can be anywhere in the world or in the comfort of your own home and still achieve your personal heath and fitness goals 

If you’re having trouble deciding if you would like In-Person or Virtual PT please don’t worry! You can have a combination of both, using them to work with your schedule. Making the most of virtual sessions whilst travelling for work and then utilising the gym with me when you’re back in London. It’s a win win!
 

ON-GOING SUPPORT

In addition to the above I will  be available to answer any questions or queries that you submit to me through WhatsApp. I will do my best to help whether it's a training, nutrition, general health or wellbeing query!

PERSONALISED NUTRITION GOAL

Alongside your workout program I will provide you with a personalised nutrition goal including a daily calorie and macronutrient target. The target will be based on your fitness goals and it will consider your daily activity levels in order to yield the best results for you.
