What affects the price

• Format: 1:1 personal training, small group training or virtual training.
• Location: pricing can vary by location, whether that is my private Marylebone studio, a residents' gym in your building, or your home.
• Studio hire: where a private studio is needed, studio hire costs may apply. Any venue costs are confirmed when you enquire.
• Frequency and package: how often you train and how long you commit for.

International travel

In-person training while you travel is from £800 per day plus expenses, such as travel and accommodation. Read more about international travel training.
